Be Our Sure Defense

Almighty God,
look on the humble desires of your servants.
Stretch forth the right hand of your majesty
and be our sure defense;
through your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and forever.
Amen.
