O Lord,
hear the prayers of your people
and show us your favor,
that we who are justly afflicted for our sins
may be mercifully delivered by your gracious goodness
for the glory of your name;
through Jesus Christ, your Son, our Savior,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and forever. Amen.
